Located at 50 Jarvis Creek Rd, Hilton Head Island 29926

Located off William Hilton Parkway on Jarvis Creek Road, this 53-acre park includes a large pond, fishing pier, open fields, picnic shelters, playground, restroom facilities, a one-mile walking trail and workout stations.

Pathways extend all over the park and around the lake creating a one-mile loop. The lakeside paths extend out into wooded areas. The paved trail is equipped with wooden bridges over marshy areas, so no one has to get their feet too dirty.

PRO Wellness Jarvis Creek Fitness Trail -

For our community's residents and guests seeking a healthy lifestyle, the PRO (Public Recreation Outreach) Wellness Project, a fitness trail in Jarvis Creek Park, is free and open to the public.

The trail includes 10+ pieces of outdoor cross-training equipment set up at stations along the trail behind a large Live Oak and overlooking the lake. Each station is equipped with instructions on how to use each piece of equipment and how to adapt the exercises to your personal fitness level.

Thanks to sponsorship from multiple private and corporate donors, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program also constructed a covered exercise pavilion at Jarvis Creek Park to be used for outdoor fitness classes or individual workouts when exercisers need a bit of shade or a place to escape the rain.
